A dish of Indian origin, is flavored with a special blend of twelve spices. Turmeric, one of the spices, gives curry its golden yellow color. Add coconut milk for a richer and creamier taste.
All You Need:
1 pack McCormick Curry Mix, 40g
2 cups thick coconut milk*1 kilo meat, cut up
2 tbsp cooking oil
4 medium potatoes, cubed
2 medium carrots, cubed
1 medium red bell pepper, cubed
1. Dissolve McCormick Curry Mix in coconut milk. Set aside.
2. Brown meat in oil.
3. Pour in Curry mixture, potatoes and carrots. Cook over medium heat until done.
4. Add in red bell pepper. Simmer until sauce thickens.
